3 Nights Nairobi

Your 17-night Kenyan safari experience begins in Nairobi with your arrival at the JKIA. You’ll spend your first night at The Social House, a one-of-a-kind 4-star hotel situated in the leafy Lavington suburb.

But the real adventure will kick off with the half-day tour of the Nairobi National Park the next day, where you’ll enjoy a unique experience of wildlife viewing with the backdrop of the capital city.

The Nairobi Museum will be your next stop. Here, you’ll get a glimpse of Kenyan culture and history. In the evening, experience night dining at the Carnivore restaurant, where you’ll enjoy the best of Kenyan Nyama Choma bliss.

When the next day rolls around, you’ll head over to the only animal orphanage in the city. The Nairobi Animal Orphanage offers a sanctuary to orphaned, wounded, or abandoned animals, offering treatment and rehabilitation.

A visit here will allow you to get close to vulnerable exotic mammals and birds, including lions, jackals, cheetahs, and ostriches. Lunch at the Carnivore restaurant follows, then a visit to the world-famous Giraffe Manor.

2 Nights Mt. Kenya

You’ll venture from the city and head to Mt. Kenya, the second tallest mountain in Africa. Mt. Kenya is located at the Equator, giving tourists a rare chance to witness snow in the tropics and one of the most diverse ecosystems in Africa.

While at the mountainside, you’ll stay at the Fairmont Mt. Kenya Safari Club, which has rooms strategically built on the Equator. There will be tons of things to enjoy here, from wildlife viewing at the Mt. Kenya National Park to bird watching and horse riding. If you are lucky, you could come out with your own fish from the man-made lake inside the resort.

Day Tour Kisumu

The tour takes you from the mountain to the lakeside city of Kisumu on the western part of Kenya on an early morning flight. Here, you’ll ride a boat on Lake Victoria, the source of the River Nile, the longest river in the world. You’ll also visit a fascinating attraction, the Kit Mikayi, a natural rock formation with an intriguing love triangle story behind its history.

2 Nights Amboseli

After the lakeside breeze comes a trip to the scenic Amboseli National Park in southern Kenya. If you’re an elephant lover, you’ll enjoy this part of the safari.

Amboseli is a relatively small park, yet it boasts the largest elephant population in Kenya. Game drives in Amboseli will feel different with the tallest mountain in Africa, Mt. Kilimanjaro, providing a breathtaking backdrop. While at Amboseli, you’ll spend two nights at the Serena Safari Lodge, experiencing luxurious accommodation amid enthralling bush adventures.

5 Nights Diani

Next, the adventure brings you to the Kenyan south coast. Here, you’ll spend five nights at the Swahili Beach Resort, a 5-star hotel with a private beach, pools, and spa.

You’ll spend the days at Diani sunbathing on the white sandy beaches, enjoying Swahili meals, and taking camel rides on the shores of the Indian Ocean. We’ll take you on a Wasini Dolphin Tour, a tour of the Old Town, and a trip to Fort Jesus.

The Old Town and Fort Jesus are located in Mombasa, which is about half an hour’s drive from Diani Beach. Fort Jesus was built by the Portuguese between 1593-1596. It has a long history connected with the power struggle for the Indian Ocean coast involving the Portuguese, Omani Arabs, local Swahili states, and the British.

Mombasa Old Town was where Kenya’s second largest city first sprouted, near Fort Jesus and the old port. The tour here takes you back to the 18th century and allows you to experience a community heavily influenced by Arabic, Swahili, European, and Asian culture. Most of the buildings here are about two hundred years old and characterized by elaborately carved doors, arched windows, and closed balconies.

By the end of the five days in Diani, you’ll have learned a lot about the culture of the local communities, the history of the Kenyan coast, and had lots of fun at the beach.

1 Night Naivasha

The next stage of the tour will bring you back to mainland Kenya, to Naivasha. You’ll spend a night at the Naivasha Resort, where you’ll enjoy breathtaking views of Lake Naivasha and get a chance to go on boat rides. Naivasha is home to Hell’s Gate National Park, where you’ll enjoy wildlife viewing and sightseeing. While at the park, you’ll get an opportunity to swim at a natural geothermal spa to relax.

3 Nights Masai Mara

Your final destination on this tour is Masai Mara, Kenya’s most famous safari destination. You’ll enjoy accommodation at the world-renowned Mara Serena Safari Lodge.

The Masai Mara hosts a diverse collection of wildlife species across its varied ecosystem of rolling hills, savanna plains, rivers, and acacia trees. Your stay here will involve game drives to see the big five and other animals, the Great Migration if it’s the right time of the year, and sunset watching.

We also include a visit to a Masai village, giving you an opportunity to interact with members of the most iconic ethnic group in Kenya.
